Our daughter brought us there today for breakfast and it was delicious!! Everything is fresh and homemade tasting, scratch baked goods, quiche was wonderful, even the hash browns were great. Very generous portions too.
This is my cousin's restaurant. She ROCKS the food in the kitchen. How she does it all is absolutely incredible. Thank you Toni for another GREAT meal ❤❤
Very good food and service. Definitely recommend a reservation - we got lucky as out of town visitors but the place was packed for Friday lunch. The chicken salad and wild carrot soup were delicious. Everyone at our table loved their meals. Will definitely stop in the next time we are in Waverly.
Such a cute little place! The front part of the restaurant is a small shop, the back is the seating area with plenty of parking in the back and free street parking in the front. It must of been 20 of us that went after a soccer tournament. The staff did an amazing job at getting us all seated and getting our orders quick and easy. All orders came out correct and fast. The food was amazing and such good prices. Good portions too!
Fantastic breakfast here. This is a must stop place to eat here in Waverly. Home style food is the best. Pancakes are amazing. I recommend the Wild Carrot Plate.
This Is our first time trying the Wild Carrot LLC in Waverly Iowa. We went with the ham cheese and broccoli quiche and the lasagna soup of the day! I also got a side of potato salad and coleslaw. The coleslaw is delicious! I loved the craisins. I was really regretting not getting a piece of their pie of the day or cake! When we went in they were packaging up pieces to go and they looked absolutely delicious! So much more than a little restaurant it's a beautiful gift store.
Amazing service and Amazing food!! Me and my friend are from Texas, never been in this town before and this was recommended to us for breakfast. We both enjoyed our food, reasonable prices, and the atmosphere was awesome!
We're in town for the dog show and stopped in for brunch. Man, it was busy, but service was quick and so friendly ! Our water never went empty and servers were attentive. Food is clearly homemade and those hash browns are crazy good! We both enjoyed our meals. ❤️Cute shopping around it as well, but a bit too cramped in there and because of how busy they were, it was loud so conversation was difficult.
Great food and service! Had a fabulous lunch and what a fun place to check out. The key lime pie was amazing and the carrot soup scrumptious! Best Reuben I've had, too. I'll be going back often.
This is a charming place to eat. The Wild Carrot soup was amazingly delicious. I want more of it! Only I'm to full roght now. The staff is friendly. The little shop up front had some cute items. The whole place has a charming atmosphere that feels homey and comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was the space tight throughout, but I think they used the space they have wisely despite being a little cramped. Would recommend this place and hope to return!
